At ~10 minutes walk from the house (a little uphill, then downhill) is the beautiful Surin beach. Not far away is Bang Tao beach, but we didn’t walk to it. Vitalia is the best hostess I have ever encountered. She did everything she could at the time of arrival. She is very responsive and friendly. I can’t praise her enough and I would be happy to stay in touch. The place is cozy. Located between Surin and Bang Tao beaches – with the family market and restaurants very close by – the view is peaceful and the atmosphere is outdoorsy. I’m already missing it.

Stages of the transaction
Object selection
We analyze your request, select options, conduct a tour of the objects. We tell and show you all the nuances. You decide on your choice.
Reservation agreement
A reservation form is signed - reservation. At this stage the object is taken off the market and you have a certain period of time in which to transfer the payment.
Reservation and payment of deposit
You receive an invoice with all the data: project name, apartment or villa number, payment terms, terms and amounts. You pay the deposit.
Contract
A contract of sale is drawn up. You can sign the contract in Phuket or it will be sent to your country of residence.
Payment
The payment schedule can be individual or linked to construction phases. It contains all information about the amounts and payment periods.
